PowerShell Help Community Edition is a tool that allows users to import any XML help file and about files from other vendors and have all this combined information available on their desktop or laptop. It does not require PowerShell to be installed in order to use the tool. The built-in help command in the PowerShell console is useful for quick lookups, but it is not suitable for browsing and reading.
